The Island of Palawan is quite well known as a premier tourist Destination with El Nido and Coron the highlights. With a myriad of smaller islands within easy reach, ‘hidden Lagoons’ ‘twin lagoons’ ‘Black Isle’ to name but a few are mind blowing locations. A Diving and watersorts haven.
The area is home to Busuanga Bay Lodge Resort, El Faro and Marina Del Sol which are world class retreats of the Privileged.
30 mins drive away is Coron a bustling port and township and the tourist centre. Lively bars, restaurants and hotels abound.
Although somewhat smaller, Salvacion is 10 mins in the other direction from Busuanga and is the provincial capital. Salvacion already has numerous schools and commercial enterprises however Salvacion has seen a rapid expansion program. A state-of-the-art hospital has been approved for construction as too an expansive port development to relief the congestion from the Port of Coron.
Busuanga is already home to a large number of Expat’s who like us have identified Busuanga as the perfect location, community and investment opportunity.
